The issue is that Kabuto isn´t an Akastuki member though. OP is just adding more characters in an unfair stomp against Akainu, which means this thread isn´t actually about creating a real argument, just spite.

Depends if genjutsu works on Akainu who has no chakra, if it does, Akainu loses while flexing his aura due to Itachi putting him in genjutsu, making him fight ghosts and sealing him wiith totsuka.
