If sukuna didn't have 10s, he'd have reincarnated into his true form from the start. So he'd have extra arms and mouths. He could simply keep up simple domain or HWB at all times. Not to mention his cqc would be vastly superior. So gojo won't even be able to deal enough damage to break malevolent shrine first so he could hit sukuna with UV.
