Harald's flaw was simply being too soft-hearted in a time Elbaf needed change. It shows that yes, many examples of One Piece having evil kings but Harald, despite not being evil, is a good man but a terrible King. I think Oda is trying to display that yes, you should resist tyrants, but being too good hearted and selfless is also a trait of a bad ruler.
You cannot throw away your culture, you cannot just weaken your country in the hopes for peace.
And while I understand he does this also for Rocks and Ida, he fails to realize what they would want.
He is in a cage with no bars but it is cage. One he built himself.

So overall, Harald. Absolutely good hearted man who only wanted the best for Elbaf. Who wanted to honour the sacrifices made and lives lost for the grand cause but a terrible king.

I dont really think he was terrible ruler , his kindness helped him pave way for other kingdom to mingle with Elbaf . It did help during famine .

I would say he was blindsided and ignored Rock’s warning how evil World Govt is . His desperation of Elbaf’s entry to WG was downfall . Imu and Gorosei were planning to use Giants for armies .

Not sure anyone ever made a thread on it, we should hold a poll if people would wants that OP may go monthly. Although its probably too late for that and maybe it wont even end in our life time that way. Hmmm.

Even if there was unanimous decision for people to ask Oda to draw monthly . I highly doubt Oda and WSJ would even listen to us .

OP is biggest cash cow there is like million yen revenue running on it . I hope WSJ allows him to give more holidays but Japanese love killing themselves for their workaholic nature , i do hope someone on top really does the monthly decision for him .

This stuff will just get fix in the vol look at how some chapters look for HxH weekly and that was when guy was on and off breaks.
So yeah OP will never go weekly lol .
