Tbh Id still prefer Kuma anyway (if thats even possible). His flashback surpasses most Strawhats, isnt entirely a broken character, and has a pretty serviceable dream (to free people from oppression, though not much different from Jinbe I suppose lol)

Not to mention he's the only other character in the series outside of Jinbe thats been largely involved with the crew and who they are indebted to, given that he guarded Sunny for 2 years. Not to mention he actually fits on the fuckin ship lol, and VP might even be ablentp reverse his body modifications (so Franky stays unique)

Anyway at this point I feel like Oda's not adding anyone else, its so late already

I don't really want Kuma to join. Not that he isn't an amazing character, but I kind of just want him to retire here on Elbaf with Bonney. He's already gone through way too much in his life, and him joining an Emperor's crew would just put even more stress on him as well as make it hard for him to raise Bonney which was what drove him to do most of the things he did in the first place.
I think that, if anyone else joins, it's just Yamato and Vivi.

No, Shanks isn't that close to being almost the strongest and smartest individual of the entire verse.

Rocks is the Itachi of One Piece. Unbeatable by the MV but rather killed by a disease/curse. Unrightfully spent by the author's hand itself because he's too good for the readers.

You can guess (but secretly you know as do all), who One Piece's Madara is.

Yeah, and Zoro/Sanji have been shown to have a lot of "protagonist" energy, both of them getting a serious power-ups should be expected.

I'm hoping Sanji's Raid Suit eats Marco's Fruit, and Zoro's Wado eats Kaido or Orochi's Fruit (preferably Kaido's).

If Zoro/Sanji get a strong DF, they can be on Loki's level. EOS Zoro is supposed to surpass Mihawk, after all.

While Sanji has shown Future Sight, and Zoro has shown Ryuo, neither have shown consistent use of it. Zoro has never been shown to know Ryuo, even questioning Luffy's use of it against Kaido.

The CoO guy and CoA guy don't even have their CoO and CoA near their highest levels.

Top tiers Fruits + Adv Haki in their specialties (CoA for Zoro, CoO for Sanji) + Adv CoC should get them there.

Luffy with Adv CoA Ryuo + Adv CoC was able to fight Kaido evenly at times in Base/Gear 2nd, pre Gear 5.

Absolutely no reason to believe Zoro/Sanji can't reach Loki's level.

I just think Loki won't get much stronger compared to Zoro/Sanji's power growth. Loki's like a Level 80 Legendary Pokemon with Max EVs, Zoro and Sanji are like Level 50 Legendaries with uneven EV spreads. Very strong, and can clear most of the verse, but still have a lot of room left to grow.

If Zoro/Sanji continue to grow a lot strong, and Loki only gets a bit stronger going forward, it works out.

I do think Loki will join a Blackbeard/Cross Guild Alliance, due to Teach's ties to Xebec, before joining the Straw Hats, though. Same way Jinbe/Yamato got held back for being too strong. Loki's too strong to join NOW, I agree.

Also funny to me that so many people wanted Yamato to join, when she was literally 1v1ing Kaido for a bit, and now people are like "nah guys Loki is too strong." HOW THE FUCK?

If Loki was Kuma size and had giant titties, none of this power-scaling would be brought up. But, if Loki was a woman, Oda wouldn't let him do shit in this series to begin with, sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
