A lot of folks complains about there's not a lot of good anime this fall season, while it's true that it doesn't have a lot of big name anime, but I think it's a good think cuz some lesser known anime are hidden gems/sleepers of the season.

If big name animes are dropping in one single season, folks would watch them and don't bother to watch actual hidden gem series, I mean look at the winter season next year, we have Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3, Frieren Season 2, Fire Force Final Season, Jigokuraku Season 2, Oshi No Ko Season 3, etc. who all are big name animes.

I'm not saying those are bad anime to watch, but those shows will overshadow lesser known anime that are actually good to watch. I do find the charm in a "dry" season that doesn't have a lot of popular anime to watch like this Fall season. We do have good anime this season though, just lesser known.

Wandance, Gnosia, May I ask for one Final Thing?, Tojima Kamen Rider, Sanda, Cooking Campire Isekai Season 2, Backwater Dungeon, My Friend's Little Sister, Let This Grieving Soul Retire Season 2, My Awkward Senpai, Inexpressive Kashiwada and Expressive Oota, Pass the Monster Meat, Milady!, Miss Vampire Sucks at Sucking, This Monster Wants to Eat Me, Alma-chan wants to have a Family, Yano-Kun's Ordinary Days, Touring at the end of the World, Miss Mangaka's Wonderful Workplace, Ninja and Gokudo, etc. are all excellent anime but they're less popular than mainstream titles.

Don't let big name Shounen slops and Isekai slops ruins your enjoyment of hidden peak series.

Yup. They removed THAT plotpoint.
That plotpoint is important.

You dropped it at episode 2? I would suggest giving it another chance, the show gets more and more better later on.

As for it having a punk theme, well this what the mangaka looks like lol.
Maybe it's good but it doesn't really captivate me.

what's exactly wrong with that rheme??

2 episode aren't enough to justify the concept
I don't like that type of theme. The anime itself can be a 11/10. I still don't like the theme, like I don't like military stuff.

Homura having a military arsenal really put me off initially. I've come to terms with it eventually.

Eh I guess that's fair, I'm personally not really into the whole Mecha theme or extreme Horror type series.

However even if you don't like the theme, I would still suggest giving it another chance, not saying you should watch it immediately, but give it another chance in the future.

For Uma I think if they developed more some side characters it would become even better. Tamamo Cross was very well developed for the type of premise of the story, same for Oguri (although she's the MC) but I think characters like Super Creek and Dicta Striker coul've used more screentime and more development and maybe some other not so well known Umas, to make the stakes seem higher and important for more Umas in more races. Realistically speaking though the ones like Super Creek/Dicta Striker/the international Umas, if they got the Tamamo Cross treatment, I would give it an higher score for sure. Obey Your Master had good development and uniqueness put into her.
so you simply wished for there to be more to be fully satisfied lmao

yeah I get what you mean, but that is sadly the fate of many characters from all kinda shows nowadays, tho for me Uma did pretty well for what it is, for the international horses they really didn't need to add more. I think for Broye in S1 we also didn't get much more and it all worked out. but I see what you mean in terms of stakes, they were surely higher in the OVA with Vega, Top Road and Opera for example. It was condensed and they had more drive to each character.

Still aslong it is Uma Musume for me, it is already ahead of most other animes for me. This shit is just such a pleasure to follow. :finally:

If I don't count continuations, Tojima wants to be a Kamen Rider is easily one of my favorite new anime of this Fall Season, it is a hilariously fun anime.

Also the anime is now confirmed to be 24 episodes, which means we will get more of it next season as well.
Yeah, I saw. Peak news.
why are you coping??
How am I coping?:tch:

Yeah I don't know why they removed it. But it's the production committee decision I guess. Can't do much about it.:luuh:
