If the Roger pirates fought them multiple times and never killed any, CoC alone clearly can’t be enough. Unless you wanna say Loki here has better CoC than Roger Rayleigh and Gaban.

Loki himself said he doesn’t know how he did it, but he clearly is able to use CoC just fine. Loki must’ve done something else
