The idea is that beating immortals requires you to constantly hit them with AdvCoC until their regen action disappears.

so we are supposed to assume that most of the damage was done offscreen when silhouette Zoan form Loki was beating on Harald. And we just caught up at the very end when enough AdvCoC had been pumped into Harald that all his regeneration had gone and Loki could kill him in Base form
