One of the reasons I think Loki will be defeated by Shanks solo is because narratively it would be odd for Loki to be stronger then him when Luffy didnt even give the SH back to Shanks signaling he surpassed him. I think having a stronger then Shanks ally would undermine that milestone but idk @kekaro @Sentinel @Kurozumi Wiwi

it very much all comes down to Haralds defeat here. If Lokis fruit had a hax that made him vastly stronger for this one fight that would explain it.

Oda writes power escelation like toriyama, its just stretched out because one piece is so long
