Is it even confirmed this shanks has acoc? You can do same attack with or without acoc. Shanks learning Kamusari doesn't mean he knows acoc. Even if he does , its at most yamato level.

Gaban has shown better haki than old and prime ray ( not saying ray has weaker haki but on panel we've seen gabans haki more ) and that is the only thing that matters in op lmao

If we go by your logic, Harald didn't have the power to defeat the squirrel, but Loki had the ability to do so, so Loki is stronger than Prime Rox and Harald and should have had no problem fighting him
The final blow is a masterpiece of coc

The final blow Is literally Loki using his new mythical zoan weapon + his new zoan powers + (obv.) his haki, which Is the only thing he already had before and was losing with.

But as said, this was literally stated: Loki needed the fruit to win.
