Lucci is fighting G5 and post Wano Zoro two years after EL. Low and Mid have higher bounties than Loki. The MCs sure get better boosts, but the others get their fair share of ridiculous power-ups too. Shanks, in particular, is given way more importance than most MCs from the SH crew.
