Loki after all those power-ups appears to be only a little stronger than HK Harald, who ultimately needed to turn off his defense to allow Loki to kill him—still it's insane that Loki managed to damage him enough to gain his senses, but things are getting blown out of proportion here. It all comes down to how strong HK Harald is—especially when you compare him with Domi-Rocks. I wouldn't make any wild conclusions before learning how Shanks stopped Loki. We're gonna hype up or down base Rocks/Harald based on how Shanks will stop him.

Also, I wouldn't blame Gaban and Shanks for losing to Harald. Gaban at his absolute best is a match for pre-HK Harald but still weaker while Shanks is, perhaps, at current Zoro level or something. Shanks is basically as good as a non-factor. So this is basically Gaban vs Harald with a little distraction from Shanks. Props to Gaban for holding off Harald mostly on his own.

The only thing we have is that Prime Gaban and 24 year old Shanks didnt have the power/ACoC to deal meaningful damage to HK Harald while an exhausted Loki was able to. If Shanks is shown using ACoC then your non-factor comment doesnt holdup.

I can agree on being cautious, but:

1) basically prime Gaban and 25 YO Shanks (the one of the legendary duels) weren't able to do a thing, while Loki was;

2) 17 YO Loki basically beat someone that would have taken 40 YO Garp and Roger to beat;

3) Ragnir alone, as crazy as It might me, was hyped to be on Harald/Xebec's level lol (totally crazy, I wouldn't consider this, but still.

And we could go on.

In theory, Loki should be on Imu's level lol.

Sanji is guaranteed, but both will get it regardless.

They should considering how many of the old gen had it and in new gen we only have Luffy, Zoro, Kid, Yamato and Loki so far.

If Law has CoC then why hasnt it been shown or confirmed, people like to shit on Kid all the time but Oda had CoC confirmed for Kidd by Kaido. And Law has had way more panel time and fights than Kidd to show CoC. And there hasnt been a shortage of situations where it could have been shown from his flashback to his fights against Smoker, Vergo, Doffy, Kaido, BM, BB etc.

Because Oda picks and chooses when he wants characters to awaken their CoC
