Except the reality is Shanks is stronger than Mihawk. Always has been.

Shanks is humble unlike a certain character. He's not the type to go around boasting about his power. When the time comes for Oda to reveal it, I guarantee many Mihawk/Zoro fans will cry about it.

It makes sense because as I pointed out even Armament Haki specialists can use some level of Conqueror's Haki at high levels of mastery, but that doesn't mean they're Conqueror Haki specialists.
