He was casually stalling a PK+ tier opponent, without wanting to kill him. He did better than what a No.3 of a Pirate King's crew should have done. I have no doubt that if Gaban was going for the kill they wouldnt have needed Loki.

From what I have seen he is exactly what I expected. He is like an EoS Sanji. Quite good at everything but if he as a #3 goes up against someone of level #2 or level #1 it ends up like say Sanji vs Doflamingo.

Probably makes the top 100 of all time, I haven't made a list, but it's silly to think of him as a top 10 guy when he was only #3 of his crew and not even top 10 of his era. Realistic expectations of a living legend.

Eh gaban is one the best characters introduced in post skip imo.

He has ACOC and FS and his fighting style is pretty good.

No one outside of loki has permanent counter to HK regen as of now. You needed 2 top tiers using risky move of using all their haki to barely best DR xebec for example.
