Shanks and Blackbeard just defeated 3bn bounty pirates instrumental in toppling the likes of Big Mom and Kaidou.
They're also getting new bounties. That's how we will learn the bounties of their crews. I'm confident Aokiji and Beckmann will have higher bounties than the Wings, but still well short of Mihawk.
Bounties are determined by threat to the WG. For Emperors in particular, it also reflects the strength of their crew, resources, alliances and territories.
Strawhats thwarting the WG's takeover in Elbaph, allying with its new leadership (Loki, Hajrudin, or both), and demonstrating the Monster Trio are threats to immortals is going to warrant a substantial boost in bounties for the crew.
The WG is going to know the Strawhats have made contact with Gaban. They're going to know there's a library there with thousands of years old knowledge. Critically, Saul has appeared after 20 years, raising dire implications for what knowledge of Ohara survived with him.
The broader context absolutely warrants a major increase in the threat assessment of Strawhats.
Luffy's alignment with Loki and Hajrudin in particular is seismic.

I can see where you’re coming from but not sure it’d be in the WG’s best interest to hide their threat level this time.
Don’t really expect them to publicize the actual reason for their bounty raises either so can see them propagandizing it. For instance, saying Luffy has allied with the giants and made an enemy of the WG.
Plus, unfortunately the groundwork for that is already in place with the giants coming to Luffy’s aid on Egghead and in the case that Loki joins, it will only make it easier for the WG to create the aforementioned narrative.

The Strawhats' presence on Egghead was broadcast to the world. There's no avoiding that, and that's before we get to the enormity of the consequences their presence on Elbaph will represent.
A LOT has changed for the World Government since this chapter.
They're going to learn Red Hair and Blackbeard defeated Law and Kid. Garp is presumed captured or killed. Loki has been set free. Jaguar D. Saul is alive and back in contact Nico Robin, possibly in possession of Ohara knowledge. Too much has changed for there to not be new bounties and soon. It's also high time we learn the bounties of the RHP and BBP, as well as Gaban and Rayleigh.
