Idk why people are always trying to play off the Hakiman thing. The guy let off a burst so strong that even from beyond the coast, fuckin Greenbull got up and ran. I think it's a silly agenda thing because it's obvious that this is his true strength.

Loki honestly might be the most impressive non god tier in the manga right now so him. Honestly, I’m doubting that Shanks even beat him fair and square at this point considering how insanely cracked he is. But Shanks might due to the Oda wank.
However, my take about the current gen being > old gen is seeming like the truth chapter by chapter. If Shanks beats him fair and square then it’s pretty much confirmed Shanks > Roger and Whitebeard by a DECENT amount and Shanks is weaker than Mihawk so even Mihawk will be a lot stronger than them.
