DR Xebec >> HK Harald and Roger actually defeated his opponent, Prime Gaban was helpless.

Why would the power up that Imu spams and is giving out to random fodder giants and Davy Clan members be weaker than the power up he can give to only 13 people after earning their consent?

It took a prime Roger and Garp passing out to defeat DR Xebec, why is Gaban paired with a mid twenties Shanks unable to defeat Amped Harald unbelievable to you? It should be expected.

It's more that Loki could solo him which you have an issue with.

Because God King. When you see Shanks naturally you have insane expectations, even if he's in his mid 20s.

Never said that. Just said he didn't win fairly, for two reasons:
One: It completely contradicts the pecking order that Oda established beforehand which is Shanks < Primebeard < Xebec = Harald < Domi Xebec and HK Harald (HK Harald may be slightly stronger since he died 24 years after Xebec and the HK amp is probably bigger than the Domi amp) < Loki
Two: Shanks and Loki have no reason to he enemies. Shanks knows the truth of what happened at the castle and knows Loki is a good man, so if they fought it's probably not in the way some people envision it.
