I hope we get a clear explanation what it does. Maybe he explains it to Tsurugi, not knowing that it's a binding vow that makes the technique stronger, which could give him the upper hand again vs Rikugi/Tsurugika

I mean Chaos just seems to break any system of order but I would guess the balancing factor is that it seems fairly low output.

No idea what Harmony does tho

With Harmony it seems they can understand any languages and « harmonises » with their environment

The chaos technique can also send back projectiles and the gravity thing is nice

You can’t use CTs to avoid sure hit effects inside a domain (according to Kenjaku) so no matter how powerful a CT is it’s irrelevant if one character has domain expansion and the other doesn’t. So Jogo would easily win if Maru has no domain.

Jogo also has domain amplification and that can neutralize any CT as long as the user’s output is high enough, that’s how Sukuna can tank hollow purple when it’s literally spatial deletion. So even outside of a domain expansion, Jogo would likely do far better than Tsurugi.

All of this goes to show how useless HR users like Tsurugi/Maki/Toji are against hax abilities without special weapons. Against stuff like infinity or chaos they literally can’t do anything since they don’t have domain techniques.
