Powers & Abilities Loki’s fruit resurrects the dead

The world ending power that Both Jarul and Rocks say the Elbaf legendary fruit has is resurrection.

Oda repeats the statement that Harald with the Legendary DF can “end the world” from two different people

And the explanation given for how it is the legendary DF can end the world is that Harald can awaken the “Galley-Ra” giants with this DF

Rocks directly spells out that this World ending power is the Ressurection of the the Galley-Ra giants

In summary:

- Jarul and Rocks believe that Harald eating the Legendary Elbaf fruit would end the world. (Notice how Jarul doesn’t say the same thing about Loki eating the fruit)

- Rocks says that Harald eating the legendary fruit would allow him to resurrect the Galley-Ra giants which would then give Harald the power to destroy the world

- Rocks says it must be Harald who eats the Legendary fruit being he’s the CURRENT King of Elbaf and the Ressurected Galley-Ra will only obey the CURRENT King when Ressurected.

I’m not even going to classify this is as theory. This is just plainly what Oda has said Loki’s fruit can do. It’s just a fact.

The only speculation I’m going to add here is answering why the ressurection and command of the Galley-Ra is a “world ending power” to have. The speculation I have is that they know how to build Pluton. Therefore they can build AS MANY plutons as they want. Which is an instant win for any side that has them.

Loki summons dodger , rocks , WB as his underlings from the dead. Truly a god tier character :myman:
The implication is that the people raised from the dead are autonomous. They don’t have to follow you if they don’t want to

also it might be important big mentions that the the Galley-Ra giants are frozen. As in their bodies have been preserved after death.

so if your body has decomposed into dust maybe the Loki fruit doesn’t work. The limitation might be resurrecting newly dead people or people who have had their bodies preserved

Than he would resurrects Rock and Harald by now
But he didnt
The limit could be that the fruit needs the bodies of the users preserved or having just died recently

In the panels posted above, it’s important that the bodies of the Galley-Ra are FROZEN and therefore Preserved

he doesn’t have Rocks’ body and Harald’s body was obliterated with lightning
Dont give any ideas. I can already hear the "SHANKS UPSCALE" of fighting Loki, Harald and Rocks at once.

:seriously:
He probably can’t resurrect Rocks since he doesn’t have his body and he can’t ressurect Harald since he obliterated his body with Light

You might be spot on. Here is a paragraph from Nidhogg’s Wikipedia page:

The context and meaning of this stanza are disputed. The most prevalent opinion is that the arrival of Níðhǫggr heralds Ragnarök and thus that the poem ends on a tone of ominous warning. It could be, however, as the prevalent themes of Norse mythology are those of change and renewal, that this could be a 'redemption' of the serpent, 'shedding' the corpses and beginning life anew, much like a macabre Phoenix, or perhaps, lifting the bodies of the righteous rulers mentioned two stanzas before (the stanza immediately before is considered spurious by translator Henry Adam Bellows), so that they can dwell in Gimle, and then either Níðhǫggr sinks, or the völva sinks, depending on the translation, and the poem ends
