the final strawhat, boa hancock, will be haki teacher of weaker strawhats.
Hahaha!

On a serious note. Gaban was disgusted by Zoros inability to control his vast CoC-pools. So why not set the foot down and actually teach for a bit. I don't care who it is doing the teaching but before leaving Elbaph the SHP should just do a 2 week intensive training course (which would amount to 6 months in the real world or whatever).

Gaban is likely the best teacher there but Saul as an ex-VA knows how the Marines do it (all VA can use CoA & CoO). Smoker at age 34 went from no haki to quite decent haki in the past few years. Come the next arc, a short little adventure type arc against weak tricky characters, you could have Nami or Chopper use CoA to showcase it.

They won’t get it until after the main action. There’s no time for them to train now.

At the arc’s end, I suspect Gaban will reveal that all the mid and weak trio have been unconsciously using CoA and/or CoO. He will give them tips to control/train it. And we won’t actually see them consciously use it until next arc.

I don't think Oda cares too much either way, it'll be on a whim whether he gives them or not, but I'd greatly enjoy it. Let Usopp get armament and the rest at least one or both. Gaban elevating the next Pirate King's crew would be a great final help to the new generation that'll accomplish what even the Roger Pirates couldn't. Plus would be neat for the crew to get stronger given haki is made to be such a big deal yet they still don't have it.

Elbaf really could act as training arc imo
There have been many threads on how elbaf might be a training arc similar to the 2 year timeskip. The strawhats getting special power ups of their own. Vegapunk being a potential big part in that

I specifically want to talk about haki tho and how it might also mirror how it was done during the timeskip

During the 2 years only Luffy Zoro Sanji trained their haki with only Luffy having conquerors while the rest didn’t train it at all

What if this time the whole crew finally trains their haki
  • Most of the crew finally learning the basics of haki to use observation and armament haki
  • Luffy Zoro and Sanji learning to use conquerors capable of hurting the god knights
  • Luffy learning the voice of all things which would basically be his conquerors equivalent
  1. During the timeskip it was only the monster trio learning haki while the rest didn’t. This time what if only the monster trio mastering conquerors while the rest finally learn the basics of armament and
  2. Pre timeskip Luffy stuck out as the only conqueror this time even more special than having conquerors his ability to use the voice of all things is getting highlighted
  3. Pre timeskip the strawhats just improved their overall skills outside of haki as well. With vegapunk here especially they can easily do that again in a way shorter timeframe. Someone capable of upgrading all their weapons and even potentially allowing the devil fruit eaters to awaken

So three things:

- Gaban, aka Rayleigh's counterpart, gives lessons to Zoro and Luffy about Conqueror's Haki.

- Sanji's potential Conqueror's Haki awakening in Elbaph.

- Chopper was wondering how could they hurt the Holy Knights, and until now everything points out Conqueror's Haki coating is the main way to deal with the 13 Immortals. Chopper's worry here shall end on himself and the rest getting aware of the necessity and importance of Haki (unless anyone believes Chopper is getting Conqueror's hahah)

If Scopper was shocked Zoro didn't even knew he could use Conqueror's Haki consciously, imagine if he finds out the rest of the crew can't even use Armament Haki.. (except Jinbe, and partially Franky and Usopp i guess?)

I think it's now or never: Sanji and Zoro having the 3 types of Haki shall cement the rest of the crew awakens CoA. I don't whats the reason behind this but it's now or never..
Dude its typical shounen like in Naruto, Fullmetal Alchemist, Dragonball the side-cast gets less role.

We have Loki, Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, a bit Jinbe, Blackbeard, Shirahoshi, the samurai of Wano, Law, grand-fleet and so on. The spotlight switches to them the strawhats influence is reduced each arc. In Dressrosa the grand fleet did the job usually the strawhats did. In WCI only Luffy got his fight, in Wano the top three plus Jinbe, Franky and Robin. In Egghead they were nuisance and needed to be saved, in Elpahph they got low diffed by one knight.

We see the trend is going away from them.

After such long journey, Oda didn't give them any haki is pretty much confirm they won't learn haki. Maybe some exceptions like Usopp and Robin. They have their own special abilities which don't need haki and them learning haki will make the them haki crews, everything will become haki based which is boring. Also Even if they do learn some basic armament and observation haki, it's pretty much useless against the God's Knights. They are going to need bare minimum CoC to stand a chance. So the likely way they can use haki is to borrow from Luffy.

It boggles the mind how Usopp went nowhere for two years and is slightly more relevant than like, Yosaku in strength. Robin got an actual training flashback and didn't learn Haki. All four Haki users are like nah, I like them the way they are lol
