Admiral agenda has became boring, you'll realize later the only good agenda is th Fleet Admiral agenda, it is, Akainu is arguably the only PK lvl from the admirals, the gap between him and the other admirals is bigger than you think, the admirals like Kiz/Fuji/Ryo are what i call average Top tiers(mid Top tiers at best), characters who clearly doesn't stand against PK lvl characters.
That's right, it take 2 or admirals(or more) to beat 1 PK lvl character. And one God tier character just solos the Admirals.
