Loki AIN'T joining the crew lol, he's just too powerful for join it. He's an ally, just like every arc. Also, Zoro and Sanji are only coming "close" to his lvl in EOS. Zoro will beat Mihawk and he'll be fruitless Loki lvl.

Can see the rationale for those that have Loki god tier/demi-god tier+ etc. but he’s not lol and I look forward to the way mofos mental gymnastics their way out of that one by the end of the arc comes along. Mofos falling hook line and Sinker for Oda’s ‘convenience writing’ for the nth time & will complain about Oda being a shite writer when the same ting happens for the 100th time lol.

I view Loki as a Law character, but one that plays both sides. I think Loki will work with both the Blackbeard and Straw Hat Pirates at times. After all the "Promise" talk, I think Teach and Luffy will ally eventually, and Loki/Buggy are the two characters that make this happen.
Sanji and Zoro can reach Loki's level, but they both need two things:
1. Powerful Fruits. They don't need to eat them themselves (Zoro can have a Sword eat a Fruit, Sanji can have Franky and Lilith make him a new Raid Suit that eats a Fruit), but they need one.
2. Haki from fighting a shit ton of top tiers. Through the New World, Sanji and Zoro really haven't fought that many strong people. Zoro's first serious fight was Pica, and since then his only real serious fights have been Kaido and King. Sanji's first serious fight was Page One, and even that was a bit of a clash, until Queen.
"But the real advancement in Haki happens during extreme use in battle. The stronger the foes you face with this power... the stronger you'll become with it."
Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji were wildly stronger than the other SHs post time skip, because they were constantly getting thrown in the meat grinder to increase their Haki.
Jinbe/Yamato got left behind when they did, for a simple reason: they were stronger than Zoro/Sanji when they could have joined, so, Oda stashed them in a place where they'd get wait less fights, so Zoro/Sanji could grow stronger than them.
This is WHY Mihawk is bored: he ran out of people strong enough, to allow him to actually improve his skills. Same reason Kaido/Linlin hit walls, no one strong enough to actually improve their Haki.
The Pirate Era isn't about Crews killing each other: it's about Crews fighting each other, to gain the communal strength to eventually defeat the WG.
Loki possesses all three Advanced Hakis (at least CoC and CoO, I'm guessing he has Adv CoA), and holds grudges deeply. Zoro kicked Loki when he was near death...
Loki will work with Teach at first as an enemy, until Zoro/Sanji get stronger, and fight the Straw Hats to supercharge their Haki. If Loki DOES join the Crew, which I doubt, it will only be after Zoro and Sanji surpass him. I think Loki will end up Captaining the Galleila Giants after Kuzan unthaws them from Punk Hazard (might need York's help).
If Zoro and Sanji get a shit ton of fights against top tiers, soon, they can reach Loki's level. At this point, their bodies are strong. They need Fruits and a ton of Haki training in real battle, if they want to reach that level.
