From a writing/emotional perspective: Luffy vs Usopp and Luffy vs Lucci.
From a choreography/creativity perspective: Luffy vs Crocodile, Luffy vs Enel and Luffy vs Lucci (in no specific order)
Luffy vs cracker for everything, I did not know if luffy was going to win, thay fight was intense and cracker was not breaking, cracker was such a good opponent and was low-key wet crazy

Because he betrayed his nation, family and allies all in the name of "honor" in which he had non when he murdered those chefs. He shouted at his sister for helping him against a criminal who destroyed his country. Luffy should be the last person he respects....especially how he was constantly kidnapping Brulee.
Would you respect someone who put your family's life in danger ?

Again not enjoyable cause the character of Katakuri was ruined by this point. The stakes of this fight were extremely low because Katakuri doesnt even seem like he wants to kill Luffy. Hes not a threat anymore.
