Loki is definitely very strong but again I'd advice a bit of caution on overblowing his PL and urge folks to pay attention to what the narrative is telling you as opposed to percieved feats as Oda is very notorious for abusing that in order to generate hype or engagement for whatever it is he's trying to hype. Wano is the perfect example of this.
Narrative restrictions for Loki's percieved PL:
- Shanks > Loki
Irregardless of however strong you think Loki is he was captured by Shanks 6 years ago.
Moroever Gaban's statement to Luffy and the others when he first met them implies that Shanks > Loki
You can try to splice that statement however you want but that is what the narrative is telling us.
- Nika lore on Elbaf and Gian't perception of Nika, Loki included.
It's woth noting that even with all of the gas that Oda is generating for Loki's DF. Nika takes precedence over it.
Even Loki himself who has consumed said legendary DF is still obssessed with becoming Nika.
Loki himself is Nika admirer and was convinced that Rocks was Nika which only futrhers his admiration for the latter.
Story-telling wise it is extremely likely that Nika is going to have a showing beffiting of that reverence this arc, one that sweeps even Loki off his feat.
Then there's minor stuff like Loki's age and the undeniable fact that Loki is still growing, his potrayal in relation to Luffy since this arc started, the way Zoro treated him albeit injured, Luffy's invite for Loki to join his crew etc.
Then there's other stuff like how we view Loki's role in the story going forward. We already know who the main characters of the void century are being Imu, Joyboy and Davy Jones. Is Loki a character of that calibre? coz these are the percieved god tiers of the series.
What happens if Davy Jones is actually the end game villian and not Imu coz a lot of this Loki gas is directed towards toppling Imu and killing immortals etc.
