Well yeah obviously he got a lot stronger lol
I’m moreso talking about the actual source of the counter to regeneration
They emphasized that Loki was able to kill him because of his fruit, not because of his haki
So I’m wondering if the fruit itself has a built in counter to regeneration
But then I feel like that’s problematic since clearly everyone facing a Holy Knight/Gorosei won’t have a Devil Fruit

I think it's just that simple it's Loki conqueror's haki plus his fruit (that gives him even more raw power) and Ragnir. It's just the addition of these three factors.
Plus Ragnir have lightning/ice powers. It's just an amalgamation of everything that can be summarized in more power. Simple as that, there will never be something more complicated in OP powers.

Ehhhh I doubt that mainly cause Rocks emphasized that this is one of the 2 fruits that he needs in order to topple the World Government
I highly doubt it’s what any of us could classify as normal
With the other fruit practically guaranteed to be the Yami or the Nika fruit (2 fruits with hax) I wouldn’t be surprised if Loki’s fruit held one of the keys to countering regeneration
Or maybe I’m wrong we’ll see
