Yeah no, Ragnir is way too overpowered. People bring comparison with Zeus but it is not comparable at all, Zeus gives Nami some extra AP and homing lightning but it doesn't fuck up with the balance. With Ragnir Usopp would suddenly be able to neg diff all the crew together aside from the M3 without having to lift a finger.

People also dont understand the purpouse of Usopp character i think. Like regardless if you hate him or not oda stated multiple times he shall stay a "regular dude" (in relation of course to the rest of the worlds power level). Even in the Weaklings trio this was always the case, in EL nami was producing weather clouds and lightning and Chopper was using monster point while in his arguably best fight he was using dials and nails against luffy
