And you still don't get Sanji's journey if all you can take from that is Judge's results.
Germa is one of the wronged kingdoms of the story. Judge may have used harmful methods to try to restore their territory and power, but that restoration will still have to happen, and it'll be through the one SH who is from Germa.
Chopper was a hybrid monster, half animal half man, both chased away by his animal kin and feared by the humans to whom he was trying to get close. His lesson pre-ts was not to turn down either side of him, but to become that hybrid fully, to be the monster if that means helping his friends and family.
Sanji's story is the same, only he is a hybrid of science and humanity. He need neither reject his Father's experiments (yes, they were invasive, abusive, and generated more harm than not--but they're done with and irreversible, and what came from them can be used for good!), nor his manly passions, but use both to help his friends and family.
