Yeah I’m pretty sure my original reading of the ——— word as just being what Dabura uses to make light constructs was correct. Like the orbs he was standing after the first attack on Mahoraga or the orbs he sends out that then fire form different angles.

Sukuna had no arms and no way to move at the end of the Gojo fight so to fire it without motioning he made the binding vow where to fire the WCS any time in the future he would need to chant for it.

Yuji should be aware of the WCS from the Sukuna fight and with 70 years + no need for a binding vow he should be able to just fire it off at will.
