i thought it was good, definitely overhyped but the animated was great not overly flashy or over the top.

they did my boy Naoya so dirty though hahaha

wonder how far we're going to get in anime for part 1 if we get up to Yuta 4 way or Hakari v Kashimo i wonder how those fights will look

Things I really liked :

- Maki vs the army was fun and brutal

- Ougi vs Maki first fight was really well animated. Ougi reiatsu blade was cool

- they made Jinichi Chojuro and the other one good

- some of Naoya action was great

- Maki and Mai scene was good

- that punch lmao

What I think could have been better :

- a bit too fast paced

- Ougi vs Maki the return was a bit too fast. Ougi being afraid of Toji wasn’t portrayed enough

- Naoya flurry of punch was sometimes a bit ridiculous

- the max speed moment wasn’t hyped enough for me. They didn’t say he went Mach speed etc
