Yuji appears to have neutralized (not killed) just about every Simurian other than Dabura and Maru with one blood attack.

but even as an inside manga comparison and concept
the JJK manga stated that Naoya went Mach 3 and it was the fastest thing ever, awakened Maki could contend with that but she wasn’t faster
and we saw her fighting Sukuna etc
and now we have a guy stated to be light speed so 100000 times faster than that
and we all know that Sukuna or Gojo would have been able to fight the guy
