I have made a disntinction for kind people and not so kind type.
Even if he had a wife and son. Nobody was going to stop him from taking over WG and Replacing the world order. He had no intention of making the world a better place but replacing the throne.
Compared to, Sanji, Kuma, Garp and Gavan supposed users of Power of Love are Kind by nature. Xebec wouldn't think twice before leveling an entire island.

You're making up criteria for a power that Oda has not defined in about twenty years since Garp revealed himself. I could get into how I think this thread's main idea is shoddy, but more acutely I have to say it's nuts to imagine that love is a stronger factor for Sanji and Bonney than it would be for Rocks and his wife.
This is like saying Doffy deserves Power of love too because he cared for his supposed new family lol.

You're comparing Doffy's "people" to Xebec's partner? And I suppose you think that Garp could use a "power of love" for anyone so Luffy being his grandson is not relevant. Because Sanji is a stranger to Bonney
There are other flaws in this thinking, like Gaban chiding Zoro only to not know about this power, but anyway if you have to go around the actual definition of the word "love" to maintain your head canon, you're lost.

Doffy consider his people his family, Xebec partner and child is his family lol.
Given the one piece universe, Love that denies the humanity of others is not “worthy” of miracles(power of love basically). Like sanji nuetralising light, kuma still protecting Bonney even after loosing his mind.
You don't see such miracles happen around types of Xebec and Doffy.

I continue to maintain PoL is a real power, but it's not like Haki. It can't be trained or unlocked as conventionally understood.
It absolutely is a thing.
In hindsight, it would appear obvious Rouge could only endure her prolonged pregnancy because of PoL.
Vegapunk outright speculated Kuma managed to protect Bonney because of it.

Fundamentally, I don't think PoL is Conqueror's Haki, but a lot of Conquerors have it because they have powerful wills that extend to those they love. I don't think Rouge or Kuma had CoC but the unyielding love of a parent for their child.
Sanji will likely awaken CoC and PoL will be what allows him to achieve feats with Haki others can't - like destroying lasers.
