Yotsuki Multi-Taste was a Genin of Kumogakure.
Young, bright and talented. He learned Kumogakure's rarest Kekkei Genkai: The Magnet Release at a very young age, often times resulting in his recommendation for promotion.

Each mega shuriken has a 10% chance of landing on non-magnetized targets. You can only use up to 2 mega shurikens per night, but cannot target 1 player with both mega shurikens. [4-shots; Requires Chunin Rank or higher]
(Passive) [Kekkei Genkai - Magnet Release: Magnetized Shuriken] - An extremely rare Kumogakure Kekkei Genkai that you passively apply to your Square-Shaped Shuriken. Each shuriken of yours that lands on a player will permanently magnetize that player, increasing the landing rate of all future shurikens on that same target by 15% permanently. This stacks additively until it reaches 100%. You will know when a player has reached 100% stacks, but will not be informed of the current progress before then. At 100%, the shurikens becomes immune to all forms of redirections or bus drives on that player.(Night) [Ninjutsu - Ninja Art: Shuriken Kage Bunshin] - Double the amount of Square-Shaped Shuriken being thrown at a target mid-path this night. [2-shots; 1-cycle cooldown; Requires Jonin Rank or higher]
(Night) [Ninjutsu - Lightning Style: Lightning Rod] - Turn 1 player into a lightning rod for the night phase. All regular kills and wounds this night will have an X% chance to be redirected to that player, where X = 50% multiplied by their current Magnetized Shuriken % stack. Produces a vague writeup at the end of the night revealing that the player was X% lightning rod for the night. [1-shot; Requires Kage Rank]

Stage 1 - Seal all remaining Bijuu into the Gedo Mazo to summon the Juubi
Stage 2 - Birth a Juubi Jinchuriki to evolve the Juubi into the God Tree

I have an unfortunate news for you rookie lot, but you can make the best out of it if you really wanna be powerful ninjas.
Sunagakure has demanded a Kage Summit every night to discuss the national threat of the "Akatsuki", or so they call these men with red cloud cloaks.
"They were able to beat a Kage. They are no mere joke."
With the Akatsuki looming around, the council have decided to cancel the Genin and Chunin exams altogether this year.
A bit excessive if you ask me...
And thus, I intervened and thought to make the most out of it for our students. Afterall, you were told a ninja should be ready for everything!
In other words. Your first exam was... how you played Day 1!!
The Kages will meet up in few minutes. As part of their discussion today, the Kages will also discuss which low rank ninjas deserve to be promoted into higher ranks.
Due to this emergency, lower rank ninjas will be grouped together (Academy Students, Genins, Chunins and their equivalent ranks). A higher rank ninja will still supervise you and report to your nation's Kage.
We don't know for how long this will last, but until the Akatsuki are rooted out I suspect we will have to improvise.
Stay safe everyone. We still don't know how the Akatsuki managed to infiltrate Sunagakure undetected.
Now then, the first Kage Summit will commence, and with that I will announce the Kages of each respective nation as well as the current teams participating in ninja ranks evaluation...

Sunagakure has requested a Kage Summit each night to discuss the looming threat of the Akatsuki.
In addition to the normal discussion, tonight, each Kage will get to submit the name of a low rank ninja in their role PM to promote.
If a player's name was submitted by multiple Kages, they will receive multiple promotions. The Kage's submissions and promotions will remain private, however the list of eligible low rank ninjas will be public each time there is a promotion discussion.
Participants of the Kage Summit:
The Kage Summit is held at the Samurai's neutral Land of Iron. The summit this year will have 7 main participants.
First, hosting the summit is the Seventh Samurai Taisho: @SakazOuki
Next are the representatives from the main 5 nations:
Representative of the Land of Fire, the Third Hokage: @Alwaysmind
Representative of the Land of Water, the Fourth Mizukage: @Hayumi
Representative of the Land of Earth, the Second Tsuchikage: @GalaxyLevelShanks
Representative of the Land of Lightning, the Third Raikage: @CakeWalker
Representative of the Land of Wind, a substitute to the deceased Fourth Kazekage: @bradland
Lastly, a relatively new nation was recognized as a powerful independent nation and granted a seat at the Kage Summit:
