Kimimaro was wasted on serving a loser like Orochimaru tbh, Kishimoto should have made (healthy) Kimimaro into an Akatsuki member. Orochimaru can have Kakuzu

Do you think it could be argued that it´s bad writing that all of Orochimarus goons pretty much have no personality but glazing the guy? Kabuto is sort of an exception but I mean all the kids. Imo it kind of makes a cultish atmosphere which is nice, but theyre all pretty bland.

I think Kimimaro wouldn´t really fit with the akatsuki because of that, he´s too much of a kid, imo.

Just reread a hefty chunk of the post-timeskip. Turns out, I've been seriously sleeping on Reiju as a character. She's definitely one of the bright spots amidst the generally-alright-but-not-great arc that is WCI.

Asspull power-ups, a literal Deus Ex Machina in Merry being able to sail itself, no allies dying, the Vice Admirals doing nothing to stop the Straw Hats.

If Enies Lobby happened now, people here would nitpick everything about it.
