Revisited the beginning of this arc to recontextualize the current elbaf events and I remembered how gaban was talking about Loki in the beginning of the arc.We know that gaban knew what really went down between Harald and Loki we also know that gaban knows the type of person Loki is.whats odd to me is why in the world was Gaban so adamant in letting Loki be chained up knowing he’s the strongest on the island and he knows Loki isn’t actually as bad as they say he is.Could Lokis reputation have gotten worse after his pirating years and was truly doing heinous things that weren’t rumors or was Loki misunderstood and it somehow got twisted into that Loki was a evil giant pirate.

In wouldn’t make sense for Gaban to still be keeping Lokis secret people already assumed Loki murdered his father out of selfish Patricide on top of that keeping Loki chained up for no reason is cruel unless Loki really did deserve it.

I honestly knew it was coming same with rocks,If the world government is painting someone as a challenger against them,terroist or runner up for king of the world then the person is 100% a Good guy lol.Loki is different though because even gaban was saying he’s some evil giant that’s would kill anyone if unleashed.Luffy intuition that he was good was a big hint that he wasn’t as bad as people made him out to be though.

Oda has limited himself when it comes to writing loki's adventure imo. We know he didn't come past Hks. So he never had a fight against WG.

Only BM has connection to Loki. Kaido didn't mention loki as someone who can give him good fight meaning he never fought loki.

He was most likely folding other pirates and marines for most part.

Agreed,still had to have done stuff enough to get a 2.6 billion “special bounty” wonder what he must’ve done to garner that tho,maybe he defeated someone notable in the past.Im not sure if the wg knows he killed Harald so it would likely be way higher along with him having cute ragnir and a imu busting devil fruit.

Gaban and Shanks probably realises that he is needed in the final fight.

Going at World government alone this early when fated time is luffy Destiny. He is just making the work easier for WG from picking him out early.

Loki also said shanks is a coward, maybe because shanks probably told him to wait until Nika awakens or something. But loki believed entirely on strength. And shanks Bonked him and took him to elbaf lol. That's my theory.

Loki never fought the wg he said it himself,Rocks himself told him about the Galilea giants saying they could be of good use of toppling the entire world.We know Loki presumably wants to bring the world to ruin (probably joking) so the Galilea giants have a connection with him.

He said he never went as far to deal with Holyknights or Gorosei which is obvious enough given they don't come out in public. Their rabbit game and Retrival of Shanks is the only time they made an appearance.
Loki most likely fought Admirals and others. Though galilea giants make sense too.

What's weird is here Gaban is very cautious about releasing Loki then 30 chapters later,he is the one telling Hajrudin to release him when nothing has really changed regarding Loki from Gaban's perspective.
Maybe Oda didn't plan stuff in advance.
