The Akatsuki's Leader has crashed into the Kage Summit, declaring the Fifth Shinobi Ninja War.
Their confidence was... creepy. As though they know they had a secret weapon to guarantee them the victory...
It is strongly advice for all Shinobi to seek backup immediately when coming across the Akatsuki...
With that, the first Kage Summit has concluded. Ninjas who received promotions, if any, were informed of so privately.

Due to this, you are immortal in the sense that if you die, your chakra will reconstruct and you will remain alive in the battlefield as a natural chakra tree stump, able to post in the thread until sealed away from the game.
--- (Day/Night) [Senjutsu - Conflict Neutral] - As a massive ball of natural chakra, you want to live your life peacefully and have no direct take in the conflicts of the Shinobi World. You have no visiting abilities nor can you gain a Ninja Rank, however, you can toggle this ability on at any time you want. If toggled on, any player that visits you will have a limited shot action of theirs passively refilled. Only refills abilities that were originally 2-shots or more.
--- (Day/Night) [Senjutsu - Despise Humans] - All Bijuu including yourself were misused by humans and split into several nations to sate their greedy demands for power. You were tossed from Jinchuriki to Jinchuriki until now where you are finally able to enjoy a little bit of freedom, and you refuse to let them take it away. You can toggle this ability to instead passively and permanently burn an unexpended active ability from all of your visitors. Toggling this ability on will toggle Conflict Neutral off and vice versa.
(Night) [Senjutsu - Humans and Bijuu being friends together?! Aahaha! That's absurd!... Begone!] - Losing all hope in this Shinobi World, you can activate this ability at night to take out your own life, exploding in a massive ball of chakra, regular killing all of your visitors that night. Despite trying your hardest to end yourself, you will be back as tree stump since you are a Concentrated Natural Energy. [1-shot]

You can activate this ability during the day to sense the whole battlefield, learning the current census of the game. [Requires Jonin Rank or higher]
(Night) [Kekkei Genkai - Ninja Art: Mind Body Disturbance] - You can control 1 player that you previously rolecopped, submitting 1 ability for them as though you own their role, and vetoing any submission from the original player regarding that ability this night. Can only control each role once. [3-shots; Requires Jonin Rank or higher]
(Day) [Kekkei Genkai - Ninja Art: Mind Clone Switch] - A strong mind invasion technique of the Yamanaka Clan. Rolecop 3 players during a single day. [1-shot; Requires Kage Rank]
Win con (Mafia) - Cast Mugen Tsukuyomi onto the world by completing all of the following:
Stage 1 - Seal all remaining Bijuu into the Gedo Mazo to summon the Juubi
Stage 2 - Birth a Juubi Jinchuriki to evolve the Juubi into the God Tree
Stage 3 - Project the God Tree's Rinne-Sharingan over the Moon to cast Mugen Tsukuyomi
Stage 1 - Seal all remaining Bijuu into the Gedo Mazo to summon the Juubi
Stage 2 - Birth a Juubi Jinchuriki to evolve the Juubi into the God Tree
Stage 3 - Project the God Tree's Rinne-Sharingan over the Moon to cast Mugen Tsukuyomi
With 2 members of the Akatsuki dead, a stage of their plan was revealed:
Stage 1: Finding and sealing the Bijuu:
(Passive) [Innate - Declare War] - All of your faction's progress toward your win condition will be publicly announced in special writeups. This includes summoning the Gedo Mazo, sealing Bijuu's, or birthing Juubi Jinchuriki and God Tree.
(Passive) [Innate - Gedo Mazo] - The Akatsuki's leader has forced a young kid to summon the Gedo Mazo at the start of the game with [Redacted] Bijuu already sealed pre-game, leaving [Redacted] scattered across the world. Your job is to capture the remaining Bijuu and seal them into the Gedo Mazo.
(Day) [Taijutsu - Bijuu Scouting] - Your team's scouting members operate in a pre-defined three pairs of 2. Once per day each pair can target 1 player to factional scout, learning if the target has a Bijuu or not. If one member of a pair is dead this ability will have a 1-cycle cooldown for that specific pair. If both members of a pair is dead that pair's Bijuu scouting becomes unusable. If both pairs are roleblocker/crushed in a day, their scout wont work that day. If all starting pairs are dead the leader of the Akatsuki will step in to scout by themselves if needed.
(Night) [Fuinjutsu - Bijuu Sealing] - During each night phase your team can attempt to seal as many number of Bijuu as they can allocate members for, provided that they have scouted/rolecopped these Bijuu's previously. This process is exhausting and can utilize any number of members greater than 0 per Bijuu. A member that participates in the sealing process should not take actions until the sealing is completed, but if they do, it delays the sealing completion by 1 more phase. A Bijuu can't act or fight back while being sealed. A successfully sealed Bijju immediately results in the inevitable death of its Jinchuriki. This ability is considered a self-visit.

(Hidden Night Active) [Taijutsu - Final Stand: Shinobi Fifth War] - Should the Akatsuki be backed into a corner, that is, by being down to 2 members only while there are still at least 2 Bijuus left alive, the Akatsuki will launch a final desperate assault. Each one of the last 2 Akatsuki members will gain an access to a nightly factional wound. This will trigger a drastic shift in the Kage's ideology and Kage Summits.
--- (Hidden Passive) [Fuinjutsu: Partial Sealing - Gedo Mazo Chains] - In a desperate attempt to accelerate the plan, the Akatsuki will now suffice with partially sealing the Bijuu using the Gedo Mazo Chains. When any of the last 2 Akatsuki members target a Bijuu with their factional wound, that Bijuu is instead partially sealed at the end of the night. When a partial sealing occurs, the sealed player does not die like normal, instead they will lose all Bijuu related abilities that they have while keeping the rest of their roles and staying alive. This can only be triggered on a maximum of 2 Bijuu in the game. A partially sealed Bijuu will produce a writeup without announcing who the Bijuu was sealed from. Partially sealing does not require scouting and capturing the target like normal, but is instead counted as a full visit on your target and can be interacted with accordingly.
