Players can pick these items on first come first serve basis. One item per player. Submit in your role PM which item you are picking, and you'll be informed if you acquire it:

Placing this item in the Apothecary Garden will force it to be shutdown by the Iwagakure Police Department for the duration of the following cycle. [1 in stock]

The Kages and Land of Iron host were called upon for the second summit.
In this summit however, the Kage has more important matters to discuss.
Instead of promotions, tonight the Kage's can discuss among themselves for a night lynch.
This night lynch will be plurality. The player with highest votes on them by the end of night will be lynched.
The night lynch will process just right before night actions.
Only the players listed below can post and vote.
Participants of the Second Kage Summit:
The Kage Summit is held at the Samurai's neutral Land of Iron. The summit this year will have 7 main participants.
First, hosting the summit is the Seventh Samurai Taisho: @SakazOuki
Next are the representatives from the main 5 nations:
Representative of the Land of Fire, the Third Hokage: @Alwaysmind
Representative of the Land of Water, the Fourth Mizukage: @Hayumi
Representative of the Land of Earth, the Second Tsuchikage: @GalaxyLevelShanks
Representative of the Land of Lightning, the Third Raikage: @CakeWalker
Representative of the Land of Wind, a substitute to the deceased Fourth Kazekage: @Ratchet
Lastly, a relatively new nation was recognized as a powerful independent nation and granted a seat at the Kage Summit:
