Yeah. Even Phata hasn't been stated to kill an admin. Dosnt mean they both can't.
Btw either Zahard probably cant become an axis 'right now', or he knows he's not ever going to become one.
That's probably the main reason he closed off the tower. Clearly doesn't want anyone with potential to become one, to progress. He would loss his monopoly.

Pantha stayed top 1 despite Enryu killing an Admin, i guess storming the King's palance and killing everyone just to say hello it's a bigger deal lol
Tbh since this is panthaminum's will ( not having another axis being born ) i'm guessing he put shackles on the great warriors and he's using them as pawns ? Like prevent from anyone to ascend to that or some bs like that

Now that it is confirmed that the tower's purpose is to nurture someone who will eventually become an axis powerful enough to be a threat to phantaminium itself and the character in question most likely being baam , how does the tower relate with outside God?
We know enryu a servant of OG was powerful enough to kill an administrator so bare minimum OG scales above admins. So it is extremely strong.
Imo these can be couple of scenarios --
Scenario 1) While OG is a powerful being , it is still not an axis and it is trying to become one using baam. In this scenario it doesn't make sense for OG to create the tower otherwise why not simply powerup and became an axis by itself? So the tower has to be created by someone else. Maybe another axis who is helping OG to become an axis itself.
Scenario 2) OG is already an axis but is not the creator of the tower. Tower is attracting beings from different worlds/universes to become an axis and OG chose baam to become one from his side.
Scenario 3) OG is creator of tower and wants to become an axis using it himself. This imo makes least amount of sense as already explained in scenario 1.
Also was V initially meant to be the one to clear the tower initially and become an Axis? It is possibility given he was the one who learned revolution among great warriors.

Hmm given Panthaminum is opposing this and it seems he can't just detroy the tower despite being the most powerful Axis, it could be that this Outside God is like " The Darkness " that created Panthaminum himself
Since he was created by The Darkness it's safe assuming it's either The Darkness at work again, trying to create another Axis that can devour everything and even Panthaminum or another entity like that cuz who can create a being that can literally change reality itself (with certain limitations ofc ) ?

I agree with this.
Urek was born with the mission of defeating Pantha. If the OG were Urek's creator, it wouldn't make sense for him to also create the Tower, since Urek should be strong enough in his eyes.
IMO, The Darkness created the Tower. Pantha disobeyed her orders and absorbed the Shiny Ones. He may have become too powerful even for the Darkness to eliminate, so the Tower was created in order to foster the right conditions for someone to become strong enough to take care of Pantha, and if that someone also takes care of Urek along the way, then all the better.

After all these revelations, I think it could very likely be this Scenario.
1: Zahard is just like a Guardian or a Gatekeeper that is supposed to not allow anyone go above 134th floor, he is appointed for that job
2: The beings above 134th floor are the ones who appointed him as a guardian,
3: Zahard himself while being the most powerful in Tower, was still not considered worthy enough to be among those residing above that floor
4: when Phantaminum appeared and tried hunting Zahard, Zahard revelead the truth, knowing he was incapable of stopping phantaminum, and so Phantaminum learned new secrets, that above that floor are beings similar to Phantaminum and/or stronger than him as well
5: so Phantaminum didn't harm Zahard and directly went to the floor of Gods/Axis
6: Enryu is one such God and resides above 134th floor, he is not an underling Arlene, he had just done a favor to her by killing a floor Administrator
7: When Urek approached Zahard, Zahard told Urek the same truth he told Phantaminum, that they are not the only ones that are so strong, and that there are stronger or similar beings above, and then he was also Told that as he/Urek is right now, he is incapable of making any difference in Tower and that he will not be allowed to fight Phantaminum, or he might just be killed by others,

The thing is in blog post it is stated phantaminium is so strong , he can easily destroy the tower. Now this maybe retconned but its worth noting bunch of things mentioned in blog post have now become canon.

so if whenever the Tower is mentioned in blogs, if we consider it as it means up to 134 floor, then we can still say the blog is cannon about Phantaminums easily destroying the Tower,

Chapter 47 Summary by Lightprayer "Time for Light 1" -The last angel, called Bell, has captured Neo's group and complains she can't kill them like she'd want. Her wish is for Mago to change the rule that says rankers can't kill regulars. While she's spouting her crazy talk, Danzon grabs her from behind and does a german suplex. Danzon calls Urek and tells him he saved his companions, but while he's sending him his location he gets stabbed in the neck by Bell. Urek still got the location and moves at very fast speed towards it. Urek grabs Bell's knife and breaks it, then knocks out Bell by punching her in the face. Urek unties his friends and they leave, with Urek telling Neo to make a proper wish this time. Urek tells Danzon to run away and use shinsoo to protect himself, because the devil is coming. -Aubrion arrives and kills Bell after seeing her on the floor and calling her pathetic. Then, he orders the emperor to attack Urek, who punches the emperor's sword and instantly breaks it. Urek says he's refreshed now, he was confused with all the things that were happening (Salt island, Lou, Neo, the shining ones purpose here) but now that the picture is clear he can just concentrate on fighting. Urek clashes with Aubrion and when their hands meet Aubrion's finger is broken. Urek says it's now "time for light" and hits Aubrion with an uppercut. -Aubrion transforms into an ugly swordfish face devil and taunts Urek about the wish Neo and the others will make, saying humans are always the same and can't be saved. Aubrion says humans are beautiful because they are foolish. They are blinded by the shining gems and jump into the fire. That foolishness is the "shine" of humanity. Denying this is denying the essence of the humans. Aubrion attacks Urek with some black water attack, that Urek comments as stinky. Urek punches Aubrion a few times and then avoid an attack from the Emperor, that stops his greatsword right before hitting his master Aubrion. Urek summons a ball of light power above him... "My friend. If you're become like your dull blade, that can no longer cut through the darkness, then die along with it" and hits the Emperor with it. END

Mago/princess thinks the light must be angry. -Jeanne starts praying at the magic circle spot and Ark is summoned again. Once again Ark asks them to wish for the next 5 minutes only for Jeanne's curse to be lifted, or she'll grant any other wish they make during that time. -Meanwhile Aubrion asks Urek if he wants to make a bet on humanity, saying the regulars will make the same choice again and choose their own personal wish, because they are human. Urek creates handguns and start blasting Aubrion's shadowy summons, while saying whatever choice they make it's their freedom to do so. Urek creates another light gun and continues to attack, until he's stopped by the Emperor who attacks him again. Aubrion says the test is too cruel for humans, because in their final moments they will always instinctively choose themselves... just like they (shining ones) did with Urek. Urek says he doesn't have great expectations of humans actually but doesn't like how the shining ones think. They lure people who fall for the temptation and mock them with vile self-righteousness. For Urek both the shining ones who lost their light and humans who fell into temptaion are all the same: nothing but specks of dust in this vast world so... Urek doesn't care what kind of lives they choose to live. "Now piss off- you filthy speck of dust". -Meanwhile, Evelyn starts thinking about the wish and she starts to think she wants Lou's curse to be lifted instead. However, Lou calls her and tells her he's fine. They all wish for Jeanne's curse to be lifted and Ark announces Jeanne's wish has been granted, Jeanne and the island residents's curse has been lifted. -A strong light emerges from the castle and Aubrion notices the curse on the island has been lifted. He's glad he didn't bet with Urek in the end. Urek says it's time to end this. Urek: "Ever since entering in this Tower I had trouble drawing out my full power, but after hearing your words now I understand. If the shinsoo that exists in this place is the power of a new Axis, then even my light couldn't remain unaffected. But you know me... I'm an hard worker, so I already started learning how to use shinsoo. Hey new Axis! I don't know who you are, but please lend me a bit of your power for a moment." (everyone, including Eduan, is watching the scene as Urek starts to prepare his attack) "I'll combine light- into shinsoo!! Now, this isn't a simple blazing fist, this... trascends it!! SUPREME- KING'S- SCORCHING- FIST OF DEATH!!!!" (Aubrion blasted away by a huge golden attack) Urek "Thank you for your teachings... puppy" END

You honestly gotta love how desperate they are to hate that boy Urek and deny the obvious.
Shit's mad funny especially when we consider that it's directly confirmed only the Protagonist AKA the new Axis could turn up to be comparable to Urek in the end and we already know Baam's going to far surpass Enryu before that too.
