Well, this is a recap chapter but although set up chapters are often boring, they are also quite necessary for build up.
Wano was so bad at this stuff when the actual "good" parts were cut off short cuz Oda wasted too much time on characters doing nothing and running around. Yet in Elbaf, it's truly not that bad anymore. Maybe I'm talking too soon and we'll see several chapters of the same shit... I hope not.

Zoro has a plan which is the most interesting part of this chapter. However, I don't think it's gonna be that ground breaking for sure lol.

Elbaf is well paced this imo the geniuen pure ass chapter so far for me from the spoilers
