The way i see it is different tbh, since Joyboy haki still capable of making Imu's down kneeling.
Its similar with Kaido Oden PTSD since its coming with direct contact. Hence why i think Haki could still injure Imu.

Top 6 at that time didn't had haki as strong as Joyboy.
Plus remember all the top 6 got a whole lot stronger after God Valley.
Even Rocks who is unstoppable at that time imo, is not on Joyboy's level of Haki.

I do agree that DF is the key here to defeat or cancel out imu's power, but the point where the debate start is when u claim that Haki can't injure Imu hence why guys like Zoro or Others can't and will not fight imu, while we see on FB that the Top 6 only used haki but still can fight them even tho it didn't "damage" Him.

Oda might gonna make Haki relevant again with some bs explanation or such to make them capable to fight imu with haki. Cuz the way i see Haki is the same as DF who amplifies their user main style of fight
We can agree to disagree I guess, but I´m pretty skeptical of the idea that Joyboy´s Haki is better than 6 ACOC users, with like 4 of them being pretty close to their primes. Let´s not forget that Rocks, vs Roger/Garp had enough Haki that it literally sunk the island of about 100k people. It would be one thing if Imu shrugged it off with minor wounds, but this seems pretty clearly like a situation where Haki doesn´t really affect him.

Problem is we don't know the limit of Haki. On how strong it can get.

So far peak moments are
- DR Xebec Solo aky split.
- Joyboy reversing Gorosei transformation + solo skyplit
- Roger wanked to sky for reaching the top with just Haki.
- Shanks Reversing Aramaki transformation

Did Imu solo sky split in Elbaf or nah? It feels like he should've given how powerful he is but I don't remember

The GV attacks were fueled by angry haki. That's why IMU managed to DR Xebec, because he wasn't in a calm state of mind.

To actually hurt IMU, you need a peaceful haki. That's why JB's knot in Egghead did not harm any of the humans, only the Gorosei.

That's where Oda is going with PoL.

It kind of make sense too, Elbaph is too vast.
You don't even see Sky properly, unless zoomed out.
Harald and Xebec fight didn't split anything.

And Imu has no reason to randomly show off That kind of haki for fodders.

I'm sure if they used Haki mass.
Imu or Saturn would be defeated by now

Nah Loki had him throwing raw ass like an OF girl when rent is due. No way he's not showing off some of his best haki to try and scare everyone in Elbaf especially knowing Luffy is there and that Elbaf is the strongest nation in history.

You knkw very well Hajrudin ain't playing any relevent part in fighting.
Without DR Dorry and Broggy are likely stronger than Hajrudin.
Why wouldn't he? Don't get me wrong he was an absolute scrub in Dressrosa but Oda's no stranger to giving people random power buffs

And he's also set up to inherit Harald's legendary blade and potentially awaken CoC/ACoC

He could definitely be relevant in the fighting

We saw Rocks D Xebec, Roger, Garp etc try attacking Imu with Haki and it didn´t even leave a scratch, it wasn´t even noted as an annoyance like Sakazuki vs Marco/Vista. These are pretty much the top haki users we know of. The implication seems pretty simple here, Haki can achieve a lot and is absolutely important in OP combat, but Imu is the exception, it´s how the story will transition to the ¨God Tiers¨ with the special fruits.
