See but if you say that then it just complicates things even more
Going down the list of opponents pretty much all of the strong ones seemingly require ACoC to be defeated
Gunko
Dorry/Brogy
Killingham
Sommers
And that's without mentioning that this chapter may or may not confirm that ACoC is required to fight and defeat the Domi Reversi giants. If that's the case then the list gets even longer (unless they've already ALL been defeated)
If Zoro doesn't fight Dorry/Brogy then who will?
There's a slight chance Loki does it cause he's actually willing to kill them (I mean.. he killed Harald so he won't care at all about killing the 2 captains) but ehhh
I think the Gunko/Brook situation will sort itself out once Imu loses control over Gunko, kind of like how Gunko lifted her arrows from the trapped SH. The situation kinda gives me similar vibes to the Ice plague in Onigashima. Plus, if Sanji ends up fighting Sommers and he gets a power-up from it, there’s no way Zoro doesn’t get one too. But since Zoro already has the arsenal to fight Dorry and Brogy, I’m betting he ends up facing smone different.
It doesn’t because Stansen said that before Zoro attacked the fodder giant warriors.
If stansen said that after Zoro attacked them and before he attacked Dory and Brogy you’d have a point, but Zoro didn’t hesitate to attack the other warriors, why would this quote suddenly make him hesitate for Dory and Brogy?
The timing of when Stansen said it doesn’t matter, for a simple reason: Zoro was the one who bothered first to ask Hajrudin and Stansen if it was okay to hurt the giants or not. Zoro initiated the one intiated the question, not the other way around
