Xebec was huffing and puffing after cutting two Holy Roppo and a bunch of fodder.

The overall portrayal is that these guys can solo DR armies. Zoro was taking these guys on alone whilst canonically going easy and only stopped cos he didn't want to hurt his friends and still ended up with the advantage.
