They are still part of the troupe. OP said PT post chimera ant versions and illumi/kalluto are counted as troup members.

theres also an inner thought where he recognised what the call means and thats also after the attack landed.
silva and zeno had chrollo cornered at that point , they would have dealt the finishing blow after the attack but stopped cuz of illumi's call.
they must have increased their nen defense at impact , zeno's " kill me even if u must " is just a way for him to tell silva to not hold back during the final attack,
it doesnt mean zeno would actually die.
