Btw It's crazy how Oda went basically 1:1 in the parallel Kaido-Loki. He has reproduced Kaido's distinctive characteristics 1:1, improving them:
- like Kaido, Loki has all the rhetoric of the monster, anomaly, etc... but in fact much better, being a sort of ancient mutant giant while Kaido was “only” an Oni;
- Kaido was the unstoppable thug of his random nation, but Loki is that of Erbaf, the nation of War;
- Loki, as a newborn, replicated Kaido's demonstration, falling from Yggdrasil and surviving.
- Like Kaido, Loki repeatedly attempts suicide by throwing himself from Yggdrasil but fails (and as a child, a fruitless child: not a 60-year-old with a fruit).
- Kaido had elemental powers. Loki, in his first half-demonstration, throws the biggest lightning bolt seen in the manga;
- as we have recently seen, Kaido went above and beyond for his dragon fruit...just to turn out to be the second category Dragon fruit and for Loki to have the great OG, "more legendary" Dragon fruit, the legendary fruit of Erbaf actually relevant for the big plot against Imu;
- even the weapon. Both have blunt weapons: Kaido had a normal club; Loki has a mythical zoan hammer that seems to be as strong as a top-tier itself;
And I'm sure I've forgotten a few

.
Really, Oda went 1:1 and gave Loki the much better version of everything.
