I could see MT Fuji reaching up to 10,000 meters at the peak point, if not bit higher.
But it's hard to compare, since we've never given a full zoomed out shot of Wano as a whole, outside of exaggerated maps which shrink/decreases sizes of things (Ie, the mini map which literally show MT.Fuji being the size of entire wano lol).

Oda was seriously so bad at scaling Wano in his drawings. I mean, we even got a full view on Alabasta as a country, while Oda kept things vague with Wano. At least he stopped this nonsense with Elbaf.
