Spoiler Question regarding One Piece movies (as a first time watcher)

This is probably asked many times but I'm gonna ask anyway for my interest.

I know most people would say that the movies aren't canon you can skip it and I've read many articles that try to be spoiler-free that agree to this testament. However, what piqued my interest in these movies is that some of them incorporate canon characters anyway such as Shiki. I'm just curious, what movies have confirmed characters in it so that I could add them to my watchlist especially now that I'm about to finish Thriller Bark (I've started One Piece like last year). This is also a way for me to confirm if the likes of Uta and Stampede (based on minor spoilers from my friends) are canon to the story and if there's more of them in the other movies.

Right now its just Shiki (Movie 10 Strong World) and Uta (Movie 15 Film Red) who canonically appeared in the manga, nobody else from the movies was shown or mentioned.

Uta its not cannon. Only shiki is. And even in his case, only the events of episode 0 are cannon, not of movie 10. We dont actually know where he is right now.

Uta is cannon she was even featured in manga as a silhouette with Oda confirming her as cannon.
