Look at new JJK spinoff Modulo
It's only in its 22 chapters or something but it managed to tell far more bigger story than oda's bum ass did in 600 chapters after timeskip started.
Not only does it have far more coherent and deeper story, but it also has far more fights, coherent power system and amazing art.
You don't see the author there trying to gaslight the reader that some fodder is strong.
An actual strong person comes in and wipes everyone out because that's LOGICALLY how it would play out without dumbing down characters and making the idiot of the reader.
Oda's paneling always has been boring, even in preTS it was just the most basic ass paneling possible, postTS oda just can't even do basic paneling anymore because he has to cram irrelevent fodder reactions.
Look at Togashi, he's older than Oda yet he's a real artist who knows how paneling works, he's not restricting to basic squares or rectangles, his characters pop out because he understands space.
And art being shit compared to preTS is just him being lazy and not improving throughout the series unlike other mangaka
Pacing is worse because he doesn't know what to write about, he knows his readers are only here and reading it because he's blue balling them, as soon as he reveals (the most underwhelming) mysteries, everyone will stop caring about this slop.
Better to write some dumb arc like Elbaf where nothing happens, insert some retarded mural so that sheep think it's some deep shit or something and make them believe it's some deep mystery.
