what's up with that btw? Once again in this chapter Loki refered himself as a destroyer
There was that idea Loki would realize he's the fake sun god upon seeing Luffy's G5 but that already happened off-screen and with this prophecy thing at the end I feel it's more complex than this and there's a genuine reason for this destroyer/liberator duality especially since devil fruits are born from human imagination.
The sun god might really be a duo, Loki is the destroyer version. I remember Gaban’s reaction to g5, “so that’s his white form”, it’s as if he knows that there are other versions of Nika lol.
During Egghead, Luffy grew stronger in the middle of their struggle against the Elders due to the presence of 2 believers of Sun God Nika. Now imagine how powerful he'll be with an entire island of giants as believers of Nika.
