Yamato will always scale higher than Sanji, that is a fact no noe of his 3 power creeps in wano put him higher nor does PoL with IJ scale him higher, someone who struggled against Queen using no haki isnt touching someone who was capable of fighting Kaido solo.

GTFO Sanji was not coming close to Jimbei until he got his raid suit and even then he still needed multiple buffs pre Wano Sanji was Vet tier Vergo=< at best. Jimbei is/was WsW< who scales to the same tier as a YC4 maybe even 3 depending on match up and Jimbei outclassed him with relative ease....
