Oda is far from logical writer. Yamato doesn't know ACOA either and needed Luffy to use it to break her cuffs.

Sommers is a textbook Sanji villain. Capable but goofy. Some moments pretty clear redos of Queen like having another Straw Hat give their all and look capable against him just to be outmatched. Now, Robin is still tied up in thorns and Sanji will learn of this. I don't see it not going the route of Sanji facing Sommers.

Luffy and Loki could go to each battlefield and wreaking havoc but I think Oda will just have them go to Imu now that they saved the kids and their parents.

My two cents: Sanji lacks haki proficiency and thus has no business with either Summers or Killingham. They should be able to Doflamingo diff him.

Sanjis CoO is average/decent (far from top tier), CoA is severely lacking (not one good feat) and CoC non existing (yet).

But if I had to guess Oda will just hand him everything out of the blue, same as vs Queen when he suddenly jumped tiers without previous feats or build up.

At least this time Gaban is there to guide him so that could be the in story reason.

Yeah, there isn´t really a logical basis to assuming that Sanji would be able to deal with the Gods Knights without a powerup, even if we ignore regen.

I hate how obvious Oda has become predictable.

I am not going to act surprised if Sanji fights Sommers and Zoro ends up fighting Shamrock later in the elbaf arc once the chapters keep unfolding.

Zoro vs Shamrock would be interesting to see. If Dracule has connected Zoro to info about Shanks and their past.
