Multiverse General Which Arc is Better Chunin Exams or Enies Lobby ?

One Piece villains can hold their own against any shonen with their designs, personalities, and abilities

It's really just the Admirals
but even then it's still not enough because they exist but this bumass author doesn't let his villains do anything until strawhats arrive to their island and once they arrive, the fights are scribbles or offscreen

This bum failure oda will never have legendary fights that will be talked about forever like:
sukuna vs gojo
naruto vs sasuke
hisoka vs chrollo
vegeta vs goku
...etc

because the bum author is out of touch with reality and fanbase.
He has the perfect set up for Zoro vs Sanji debate and entertain community with a villain that can make another character evil.... and he will do nothing with that concept instead here....giant fodder.... but "LE EVIL"!

Arlong, Crocodile, Enel, Lucci, Kizaru, Akainu, Doflamingo, Katakuri can hang with most shonen villains.

I basically listed all the major arc villains in order starting from AP up until WCI, skipped only a few. I would probably take this character lineup over Naruto's...the issue is go back to each arc and the fights essentially suck ass, they're good narratively at best, the actual back and forth choreography isn't there. Lucci and Katakuri are the only two names I can draw from that list with something I can even consider a fight based on other manga standards.

Also One Piece is so mickey mouse that the villains stopped being threatening because you know there are zero consequences in this series.

90% of Naruto "villains" switch sides by the end of their arcs. One Piece has better villains for the most part.

The Sasuke Retrieval Arc was a master class in keeping power levels relatively grounded for the setting while still presenting antagonists who felt incredibly menacing to the main cast of ninjas.

Brilliant arc. 10/10 would read again.

Yes, why you shocked? It's 50-60 episodes long, and it have at the best 10-15 good episodes from them. But almost whole 40-50 episodes nothing happened. You can literally count all major moments:

1, Naruto and Sasuke vs Orochimaru;
2. Sakura protects team;
3. Hinata vs Neji;
4. Gaara vs Lee(2 episodes);
5. Naruto vs Neji;
6. Shikamaru vs Temari;
7. Sasuke vs Gaara;
8. Naruto vs Gaara;
9. Orochimaru vs Hiruzen

So it's 9 moments and that 15- episodes from 60 episodes
So tell me, why this arc should be called good?
Let's compare this to Water7/Arabasta arc?

1. Money was stolen;
2. Luffy vs Frankyhouse
3. Luffy vs Usopp;
3. Robin dissapeared;
4. Luffy vs Franky
5. SH team decide to attack Culprit;
6. CP9 appears;
7. SH defeated
8. Franky flashback;
9. SH comeback
10. Luffy vs Aokiji

So this is 10 episodes from 227 to 248, and it has more then 10 moments, which means almost each episode was solid. And the pacing of W7 is horrible compared to manga.

Chunin Exams is basically the Dark Tournament arc of the current era. It is the go to tournament arc when discussing the greatest arcs

Enies Lobby is mainly isolated to the OP community. I don’t hear much about it when other communities are talking about arcs. In fact one may argue the Sasuke Retrieval Arc is a much better arc than Enies Lobby
