Chapter ending suggests Imu only understood now what fruit Loki had, I have hard time believing Gorosei and him somehow missed the biggest dragon in the world for the 8 years he sailed the seas. Especially considering Loki special bounty was issued by WG

The OP world doesn't have the internet and the chain of communication needed for thos would go
